Simon fairchild

Simon is a UK Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of controls, compliance, and governance experience, including 20 years as a Partner at a Big 4 firm. He has led assurance programs across all industries for UK/US public companies, private equity-backed, and family businesses. He is one of the architects behind addressing the US Sarbanes-Oxley Act and now champions AI-enabled controls and compliance assurance.

Paul Slater

Paul is a South African Chartered Accountant with 36 years of experience at a Big 4 professional services firm (28 years as Partner), leading controls and
compliance assurance programs for some of the largest global organisations. He specialises in building teams offshore in numerous centres to run these compliance projects.

Tim Fairchild

Tim has over 30 years of IT and technology
experience. He leads a team of specialist software developers, engineers and architects who design and deliver AI enabled solutions for clients. His experience is across industry sectors, with particular expertise in the logistics sector - creating innovative AI enabled App solutions and process automations.
